How many charms do I need for my bracelet?

Measure your wrist

  • 13 cm = 15 charms
  • 14 cm = 16 charms
  • 15 cm = 17 charms
  • 16 cm = 18 charms
  • 17 cm = 19 charms
  • 18 cm = 20 charms
Wrist size(cm) + 2 = Charms needed

Each bracelet typically holds 18 charms for a standard fit. You can add or remove charms to suit your wrist size — most people need 18–22 charms depending on how snug or loose they prefer.

Do I have to buy a starter bracelet?

How can I personalise my bracelet?

Are Zaan Italian Charms compatible with other brands?

Yes! Our charms are made to the standard 9mm size, so they work seamlessly with most other Italian charm bracelet brands on the market.

What if one of my charm breaks or have a defect?

We want you to love every piece. If you receive a charm that's damaged or faulty, just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace it for you at no cost.

Why is my bracelet too tight/loose?

Bracelet sizing depends on how many links you have. If it feels too tight, try adding 1–2 extra charms. If it’s too loose, you can remove a couple. We’re happy to help with sizing tips too — just ask!

Is it hard to put on or swap the charms myself?

Not at all! Our charms are designed to slide and link easily — no tools required. But if you'd like a charm opener to make it even easier, we’ve got those available at the 'accessories' column in the header.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are usually packed within 1–4 business days. Shipping within Australia typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Not at the moment — we currently only ship within Australia. But stay tuned, we’re hoping to go international soon! 🌍✨
