How many charms do I need for my bracelet?
Measure  your wrist 
13 cm = 15-16 charms
14 cm = 16-17 charms
15 cm = 17-18 charms 
16 cm = 18-19charms
17 cm = 19-20 charms
18 cm = 20-21 charms

Each bracelet typically holds 18 charms for a standard fit. You can add or remove charms to suit your wrist size — most people need 18–22 charms depending on how snug or loose they prefer.

Your Italian charm watch is sized the same way as a bracelet, but the watch face takes up the space of approximately 6 charms.

First, work out how many charms you would normally need for your wrist, then simply subtract 6 to get the number of charms you’ll need alongside the watch face.

For example:

• If your bracelet size is 18 charms, you’ll need around 12 charms + 1 watch face
• If your bracelet size is 20 charms, you’ll need around 14 charms + 1 watch face

If you’re unsure or between sizes, we recommend adding 1–2 extra links so you can adjust the fit and make it more comfortable.

Not at all! Our Italian charms are designed to slide and link together easily, so no tools are required to add, remove or swap your charms.

Our Italian charms are made from stainless steel, chosen for its durability and resistance to rust and tarnishing, making them perfect for everyday wear.

Our gold charms are also made with a stainless steel base and finished with a gold-coloured coating through electroplating. Like all gold-tone jewellery, the finish may gradually dull over time with heavy or frequent wear.

To help maintain their shine, we recommend avoiding contact with saltwater, chemicals, creams and perfumes. If your charms do get wet, simply rinse them with fresh water and dry them afterwards.

To keep your Italian charm bracelet looking its best, gently wipe the charms with a jewellery polishing cloth or soft, dry cloth.

Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or strong cleaning solutions, as these may damage the finish of your charms.

Our silver stainless steel charms are water-resistant and can generally be worn in the shower, pool or ocean. After swimming, especially in saltwater or chlorinated water, we recommend rinsing your bracelet with fresh water and drying it thoroughly to help maintain its shine.

For our gold charms, occasional contact with water, such as while washing your hands, is perfectly fine. However, as they have a gold-coloured electroplated finish, we recommend removing your bracelet before showering or swimming, especially in chlorinated or saltwater, to help preserve the gold finish for as long as possible.

That’s the fun part! Your bracelet doesn’t have to stay the same forever.

Our Italian charms are easy to swap and interchange, so you can keep collecting new designs and switch them out whenever you feel like changing up your bracelet.

You can also add an Italian charm watch face to turn your bracelet into a personalised watch while still keeping your favourite charms around it 🧡

They shouldn’t when fitted correctly! If your bracelet is pinching your skin or pulling on hair, it may be sitting a little too tight on your wrist.

We recommend adding 1–2 extra links to give the bracelet a slightly looser and more comfortable fit.

Yes! Our charms are made to the standard 9mm size, so they work seamlessly with most other Italian charm bracelet brands on the market.

We want you to love every piece. If you receive a charm that's damaged or faulty, just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace it for you at no cost.

There are 2 ways to start your bracelet:

Start with a full blank bracelet
Our blank bracelet comes with 18 plain links. You can then choose your favourite design charms separately and swap out the plain links.

Build your bracelet from scratch
Choose a mix of plain links and design charms to make up the exact number of links you need for your wrist size.

Once you know your size, the fun part begins — choosing the charms that tell your story!

Please note: Charms ordered online do not come pre-assembled. If you’d like us to assemble your bracelet before shipping, simply fill in the Google Form on our How to DIY page with your design details.

By default, design charms ordered separately will not be assembledonto your bracelet, watch or keychain. This allows you to arrange and swap your charms however you like when they arrive.

If you’d prefer us to put everything together for you, we’re more than happy to! Simply fill in the Google Form on our "How to DIY" page and let us know how you’d like your charms arranged.

We’ll assemble your design before shipping so it arrives ready to wear or use

No worries! If you’re unsure of your wrist size, we recommend starting with a few extra links so you have room to adjust the fit.

As a general guide, having around 18–24 links gives you flexibility to make the bracelet larger or smaller by simply adding or removing links. Our starter bracelets come with 18 links.

If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend starting slightly larger and adjusting from there. Wearing your bracelet too tightly can also make it more likely to pinch, so adding 1–2 extra links can help make it more comfortable.

And having a few spare plain links is never a bad thing! You can keep them for a future bracelet, use them on an Italian charm keychain, or add them to an Italian charm watch later on

You don’t necessarily need a charm tool, as our Italian charms are designed to be easily interchangeable by hand.

That said, a charm tool definitely makes it much easier to add, remove and rearrange your charms, especially if you plan on changing your bracelet often.

Yes, if your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your address. 

However, in the event we are unable to adjust it before the order leaves, do email us immediately.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
