📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed and packed by us within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey 😁

Please note: If your order includes one of our custom photo charms, processing may take 1–3 business days as each one is handmade by us.

If you select Express Shipping and your order includes a custom charm, we’ll prioritise your order and get it made and shipped as soon as possible.

We ship all orders from Brisbane, Australia 🇦🇺

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated Australia Post delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 2–8 business days
Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–4 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped and do not include our processing time.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on the way

💰 Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10

Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $90 (automatically applied at checkout)

Rates will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
